Pregnant Laura Crystal gets bound

Pregnant Laura gets bound to the bed and has been there for hours. She can no longer hold her bladder and must relieve herself. Her master was nice enough to leave a dog bowl beside the bed for her to piss into. After more hours pass, Laura becomes thirsty, and fearing the worst that her master may not return soon to give her the water that she needs she kneels at the bowl and laps.
